Moved and settled in!

Soooooooooo we're all moved and settled in our new apartment in Paris!

You won't believe the neighborhood we're in...its nuts! We're actually on one of the streets just off of Etoile (Arc de Triomphe, anyone?) which MEANS that Champs Elysees is like, right HERE too...not only are we on one of the streets off of Etoile...but if you literally stick your head out the window and look to the right, you'll see the Arc and it's literally right there. It's craaaaaaazy!

So come visit. Seriously. I haven't started school yet for some reason and I'm really lonely here...*sigh*.

But the good thing about not starting school yet means that our family goes everywhere together. It's given us a lot of time to spend with eachother and to bond more, it's awesome :). I used to not really hang out with my family a lot back home in Canada cause I was always hanging out with my friends. Now I realize that family is #1 (Thanks JB ;] )!

We're all just emptying our suitcases and looking at how things work around here. The lady to rented us the apartment is really nice and she was just going around with my parents listing stuff that's already damaged so we don't get accused later, haha. I'm sure we'll make many more...with 3 kids, ages ranging from 12-16 with tons of energy and big mouths, you're bound to have something go wrong sometime. Let's just hope we keep it to a minimum :P.

Now, the TV in France is really...abnormal. For me anyway. I just need to learn how to use it. The remotes are whack...the dvd player is confusing to use (I need my Bonus Jonas asap! D: ) and the channels I have to get used to. There's some free home video thing I just can't quite figure out...apparently the movies are free but the music videos, songs and TV shows on demand aren't...you can either subscribe to movies and tv shows for like 7.99 euros orrr get the whole shabang for 11.99 euros...Although I did find my boys on there (with double listings for Mandy and Year 3000...I have no idea why), I don't think it's worth subscribing to anything at the moment. Sorry boys :(.

I'll make a vlog later introducing my apartment for those of you who are interested. (cue the crickets...)

I haven't really been up to much in the past week...I just found out that the Jonas Brothers are playing in PARIS TOO...June 14th...and the presale is this TUESDAY...good god another presale morning of dying and pain. Don't get me wrong, I'm hella excited, it's just ticket buying for these guys is like life or death situation...at least it feels like it. You're paying 26 pounds for awesome seats or you're taking your chance refreshing to get crappier and crappier seats...good thing someone loves me and fate decided to give me Section A3 Row 13 Seat 34 =) SO THANKS. NOW...for this Paris show? I'm going to the venue today by metro just to practice getting there...I need to figure out if I'm going to Virgin Megastore or Fnac to get tickets or just getting them online with the Presale...TOO MUCH TO PLANNNNNNNN. Guh. I wonder how my ticket buying for the rest of the world tour will go...haha. They BETTER recognize me...good god. I'm ALSO organzing a bunch of meeting places for CUF, JS and TJ =D I'm exciiiiiited. Annnnddd I'm also making a bunch of signs to hold up (just simple sayings...you know, to get the message across).

Other than that, I'm slacking in unpacking (btw, my room is TINY...no windows..but I'll get used to it...I don't have anywhere to put my clothes at the moment but I'll figure something out) because I'm on this wonderful laptop. Filling my shelves with my stuff has been quite enjoyable so far (I'm not kidding). French music television is playing behind me and my brothers and I are dancing to sweet jams while pedestrians walk by our apartment...we wonder if they can hear/see us...oh well. I'm planning to go down to the venue that the boys are playing at in June by metro today just so I know how to get there. Practice makes perfect :).

I'm sure more will happen now that I live in this area. I hear Johnny Depp is in town...thanks for the tip Sarah K ;)
